When calculating expenses, we add up these costs:

Set up your Day event team
- Prepare a budget analysis and review it with you
- Refer vendors and/or event locations
- Vendor appointments- we attend up to 2 venues and 3 vendors meetings
- Planning Companion Tool, which supplements the steps of month-by-month planning
- Create a payment timeline for vendors, which includes scheduled payment reminders
- Develop itinerary schedule and timeline Preparation of a personalized calendar with preliminary timeline and task list

Design consultation
- Help coming up with ideas for color and theme/décor of your event, giving you the creative flow in the right direction.

- Review and discuss all design elements from custom mood board
- Review design proposal and budget for DIY clients

Set up your Day event team
- Assiting chossing who would be a great fit for your event managment team- weather it with booking coordintor and event mangament team.
- direct the rehearsal , Review seating with ushers and vendors distribute final production timeline
- Collect items 14-2 days before for your event day
- Take over your timeline or create one from your event and design plans
- Oversee all vendor set-ups and deliveries (this goes for the day of and days before your event)
- Ensure proper placement of seating cards, favors, flowers, programs, and other decor as planned
- Coordination of: anyVendors, speakers, DJ, officiant, and photographer etc, from timeline arrival/setup
- Cue the VIP's and guesst/attendees
- Collect any gifts and personal items and distribute to the appropriate location or person at the end of the event
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to all vendors- if you are not ble to do so on the end day.
- Ensure all rentals and vendor equipment is returned and accounted for at the end of the event.
- Assist picking up or returning rentals / decor / equipment.
- Manage setup & breakdown of the event.
- Thank guests for attending the event, offer to call taxi cabs-etc.. for people who have drunk too much and make sure that everyone leaves in a timely manner.
- Help to gather any gifts that were brought to the event; put them where they need to be or drive them to the desired location.
- See the client off on their destination, then turn to the last details of the day.

If the Invaluable plan workshop minimum of 10 people is not reached within 2 weeks of the workshop, the workshop will be rescheduled. If the workshop is rescheduled, payment can be transferred to the next date or refunded upon the your request.
