​This Service allows you to say “Plan and Design my entire event from the being to the end with style.


This package is perfect for the people who may have a busy schedule, or doesn't want to hand-craft everything for their event.
Over all event budget must be at least $10,000 and up** This does not include our event service fee

Break Down

{PLANNING & DESIGN} Planning, Styling & Design, and Floral Production – all thoughtfully put together, to create the perfect event for you. Because every event is unique, each service package is carefully tailored to fit your specific needs. There are additional services that can be add to the following list of services:


Planning
  • Choice from our vendors list that perfect for your event budget.
  • Schedule vendor meetings around your availability
  • Review and negotiate vendor contracts
  • Vendor follow up and final confirmations
  • Creation of customized event timeline
  • Distribute final payments to vendors
  • Unlimited Consultations hours via email and phone,Unlimited pre-scheduled {in person} consultation meetings, Vendor Selection & recommendations based on your vision and budget (includes 3 site visits) Assistance, Meeting Attendance, Tours and Selection Assistance
  • Budget management and vendor payment reminders
  • It needed, we will assistance with selection from an evening gowns, casual attire, or wedding party dresses and men’s dress shirts.
  • Planning for either a Rehearsal Dinner or Brunch is included.
  • Etiquette Guidance

Management
  • Invitation RSVP management
  • Assembly of guest welcome bags, programs, favors in addition to other requests
  • Out-of-Town guest accommodations
  • Out-of-Town guest transportation assistance
  • Assist with general gratuity guidelines for vendors
  • Custom Out-of-Town Welcome Totes- additional fees apply

Day of logistics Management-On the day of your event, we will be the first to arrive and the last to leave, making sure everything falls beautifully into place and fielding all guest and vendor questions so you can relax and enjoy your event day to the fullest.

Event Management + Coordination {full day}- up to 12 hours

Event Design This covers all of the logistical planning and design work included in your proposal, design & floral planning, and from conception to installation and tear down. Decor and labor fees will be included in your design proposal will be priced separately.

{Floral Design planning and Event Decor styling } includes concept creation/development of: style or theme, colors, floor plans, environment decor, etc. event set up and breakdown –
