The Eventz Team requires clients from across the USA (especially in the Nashville TN) who would like an opportunities for pre-paid event planning, D.I.Y event designassisting,consultations or event coordination to help our newbies planners from our program who are known as our team Assistant Planners for some hands-on work experience
and The Assistant Planners will be given guidance and instruction before the event and we will be the end of the phone during the planning phase should they have any questions. Please note that in most cases Assistant Planners may work in pairs. You are not obliged to pay the team Assistant Planners while on work experience placements, although we recommend that you offer to make a contribution towards their travel expenses and you are welcome to present gratuities (tips or gifts) if you wish. Assistant Planners are insured under our employer’s liability insurance or their own public liability insurance, however we recommend that all clients obtain event insurance for their own protection whether they are using our event services or not.
We cannot guarantee that a Assistant Planners for work placements will be available in your area on your required dates, but we will try our best for every customer. (You can also book us for our full event planning services on our main site www.theeventzteam.com.)
When or if free on-demand services available- All we ask is that you write a testimony for your Events Day Team if they do a good job and that you send a copy to The Eventz Team at email@example.com.

Consultation – At any stage of your planning, you will benefit from an in depth discussion during a consultant meeting about how the day will run, what still needs to be organized, inspiration for designs, budgeting before you begin and any other things that you would like to know about. You may be able to ask the planner to help with the planning of certain elements of the event/wedding which you can agree between you both.

The Coordination will be as visible or as invisible as you wish and are able to help out in any way apart from the following due to insurance limitations: Includes on-site they can help with:
Rehearsal Luncheon/Dinner Development with onsite coordination
Detailed Checklist & Itinerary During The Course Of The Planning Process
Regular event planning meetings as needed (in person or via teleconference)
Ongoing Etiquette Advisement
limited Phone Calls (within normal business hours)
E-mail Access to Consultant
Confirmation of all vendor services 1 week prior to the wedding
Rehearsal direction (1 hour)
Return Of Small, Event Related Items (i.e. cardboxes & cake stands)
Comprehensive Event Day Management (includes supervision of the event.
Coordination – wedding party or attendees/guest
Assists- Hostess, speaker, honor of the event.
Anything that involves lifting weights of more than 10kgs unless the load can be shared and any other activities that our team Assistant Planners deems to be unsafe or beyond their physical capabilities.

D.I.Y Event Design Assisting
Event Design Assisting- Helping with thing like D.I.Y design by styling with set up décor, helping you come up with a design plan for your event day. Help your family and friends all it together.
Event Design Assisting Time Is agreed upon and between you both
Event planning and Event Design must be a D.IY events (Do It Yourself) or total event budget least than $3,000
Number of Guest/Attendee of 50-75
Agree early on what the workload and-hours are going to be at least 30 days before your event date. Then stick to what you have agreed upon.
