Our day of assistant are your little messenger between you and your day of coordinator, keeping track of all the little details you may need to know from the lead event coordinator, if not available at the time. They are there for you when you need advice, assist with anything that the clients and their guest may need, like help a bride bustle her dress or train, if necessary, extra coordination duties, arrive at the reception area to meet with the client or guest as for early as possible to help with any problems that may crop up. May- prepare plates of food for client/host, fetching her/or their drinks if not done by cater. Our team assistants may need to run interference for out of control guests or talk to the DJ about the choice of music being played and stay stress-free on the event day. What ever the lead coordinator needs help with.
Our coordinators will take care of coordinating your vendors on your event day, over-see all set-up of the behind the seen details from decorations to handling those last minute crisis’. Our team coordinator will help a event go off without a hitch- from the cues of music to coordinating timing.
Event manager also are Coordinators, they are the lead person if their are other coordinators and more duties involved for the event to get things done.
