Friday: Welcome all attendee for a meet and greet Cocktail and weather from in town or out of town -welcome to Nashville from 6-9pm.
Saturday: Day of the Eventz Team Collective
Hear from our successful industry partners and friends business owner and entrepreneurs on what it's like to be in this great industry and how they got started. Get hands-on learning experiences, network with others while having fun and dancing at the Planners Dinner Ball.
The Eventz Team CEO-Founder share her experience and why she launched a event planning and event design company and how she will continue to do so in multiple areas and other states and in the future worldwide, what it is like to be apart of the event industry, and what sets The Eventz Team apart. She will also share opportunities and why you should consider being an business for yourselves and not by yourselves.
Saturday During and After: One-on- One with The Eventz Team owner/founder Kimberly and our industry partners and friends
The Day After: Interviewing
We will be interviewing with current Assistant Planners a day after the Eventz Team Collective, that has already completed their last training level and feel that they are ready to moving forward in the process of being in business for themselves but not by themselves. (The (AP) interviews will be base on your level skills assessment score, your work placements performance and participation.

Mostly for out of town Assistant Planners and a few others

WILL I BE GETTING MY HANDS DIRTY?
There will be an opportunity for all attendees to have some hands-on experience on the day of this event and behind the scenes working with The Eventz Team.
INTERVIEWING

One on One interviews with current Assistant Planners that has completed all their training levels and is moving forward in joining the team process.

WHAT SHOULD YOU WEAR TO THE EVENT?
Keep all clothing professional and with comfortable shoes. Keep in mind there will be assignments hands-on placements - You might be literally Climb, Run and Jump to create a project.. Ensure that your clothing will stay in place and on point regardless of movement and will not draw any attention to yourself..
Helpful Guidelines:
**General- No tears, holes, or wrinkles, allows maximum movement
**Tops: Shoulder seam at or past shoulder ( tanks tops)
**Shoes: flats or small heels (under 2”), supportive shoes (sneakers or flats) might be load-in and load-out or carrying.

WILL I BE OBLIGATED TO ALL BEFORE THE DAY OF THIS EVENT TO ATTEND?
es, all attend must pay the full balance before the end of the deadline date August 29, 2018. We want this to be an opportunity to come meet event industry pro's with event planner experience and learn more as you evaluate if this would be a good career for you. All payments are non-refundable. Y

No. all attend that enter the event are for people who applied for the opportunity to join The Eventz Team or register as a person Interest of the subject, that wants to attend and need some advice who are unsure of what career path or their own new business.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE TO THE PLANNERS DINNER?
Yes, being anyone that will support you and your new career. Having people around you that cheers you on, are so important to have around you while reaching your goals. If you plan on being any extra guests to attend the Planners Dinner. You or that guest must pay a attends fee.
