We usually start 30-90 days from the event day to ensure seamless execution by all of your vendors. For the people who have planned their own event, and would like help final days up to mange all the details & any loose ends for your event day.
We attend finalization meetings with your vendors, and create {& execute!} a detailed timeline for all of your vendors. You’ve done an excellent job in planning your event, and now you get to relax & enjoy all of your hard work, knowing you are in great hands.
Event Management includes things like: meetings with your dedicated team, rehearsal management, and day of on-site coordination at your event.
