APs W-2 On-Boarding

 ​What is Gusto?Gusto is a partner of The Eventz Team, as an independent contractor of The Eventz Team.. you are eligible to become a W2 Gusto employee. To become a Gusto employee, you must complete Gusto  Onboarding. By doing so, this will allow you to accept W2 jobs via The Eventz Team platform. 

    • The way you access W2 jobs will not change via the app,
    • The jobs in the app, the notifications, and the job details will all appear in the app the same way as Wonolo's 1099 classified jobs,
    • The only thing different is that you must complete APs additional onboarding in order to accept any work placements. 
*At high level - Gustois the service; that enables W2 positions to be listed and accepted on the Wonolo platform. You can read more about Gusto here.
W2 Onboarding Check ListIn order to access and accept jobs you must complete W2 Onboarding, please reference the checklist of all the things required to complete your onboarding. 
  • Sign Up for team  APs Onboarding.
  • Complete your Form I-9. 
  • Login and create your password for Gusto (Document Portal.
  • Complete your State-specific paperwork required as a W2 employee (paperwork varies by State).
  • Our team will review your paperwork if all checks out you will be complete with your Onboarding.
  • Start accepting W2 jobs via the  App

*It is VERY IMPORTANT that while completing this form you enter the information correctly. If you do not, it may affect and/or cause delays with your onboarding.

*You MUST first complete Step One before starting Step Two

 Step Three
Account Creation

Once you complete Step Two, your  account will be created. You will receive an email from support@theeventzteam.com titled "Important Next Steps with Frontline Work".
*From here you will be able to login and create your password.
*If you have not received your account login information from Workbright please reach out to support@frontlinework.com.

Step Four
Complete Required Paperwork in Workbright


​The following paperwork is required to complete your onboarding, when you login you will see a list of all required paperwork and steps. This can be completed on Mobile or Desktop.
  • Employee Handbook & Acknowledge of receipt
  • Employee Acknowledgement
  • Equal Employment Opportunity Information
  • Opt-In Direct Deposit or Check by Mail Payment method
  • Complete Direct Deposit Enrollment (if you opt-in)
  • W4 (Tax Withholdings) Read more here
  • W9 (Used to send 1099-MISC Forms at the end of the year) Read more here
*Certain States may require additional paperwork to be completed, when you login you will see all forms specific to your situation that you must complete.

Step Five
Paperwork & Document Review by
Gusto Team

Once you complete all of the steps above and completed all of your paperwork in Workbright our team will review the necessary paperwork/documents.
    • If any paperwork is incomplete or not correct they will reach out letting you know what needs to be complete/corrected.
    • Once all paperwork is completed and accepted you will be notified.
    • At this time you will be able to accept and work W2 jobs within the The Eventz Team App.
